Q. How I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?
A. Click on the sign in link on the top menu and sign in their you will be able to modify your order

A. Yes! All orders are shipped and billed discreetly
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Tracking numbers are usually email to you but in an event that you did not get the tracking number you could login to the via the sign in menu on top navigation and view order their you will be able to view your tracking number.

A. No and Yes.. No taxes is charge unless you live in the State of New York

A. Returns usually take one to two weeks depending how quick customer send the product back to our warehouse
Q. Who pay the shipping fee for shipping back the product?
A. If the fault is cause by our support department we will pay for shipping back to our warehouse, but in most cases the customer would pay for the shipping if he/she choose the wrong product.
