When Would My Order Ship?

At LingerieCutie.com we ships most in-stock items the next business day, excluding holidays, directly from our warehouse to you.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you shipped via UPS or USPS, your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order.

What is Lingerie Cutie Return Policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products, and If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise, with tags attached, within 30 days. We will issue a credit to your original form of payment. Should you find the need to return a product after the 30 days, a store credit will be issued. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. We regret that your shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.

You will find a return form enclosed with your order. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
