Return and Exchange Policy

You customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please fill out the request form on the back of your original invoice and return it with the item(s).

Returns must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance items (found in the Sale section of the site) may not be returned or exchanged.
